Position Summary
Provides professional social work services, including patient assessments, emotional support, and coordination of safe discharge plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
One (1) year of professional experience or related internship/fieldwork
Active Nevada Social Worker License required
3 years Acute care experience required
Training Underfill Available: Recent documented Social Services practicum may qualify.
