Position Summary
Provides professional nurse case management services, including assessment, care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning, using a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
One (1) year of experience in Case Management, Discharge Planning, or Utilization Review
Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) License required
BLS certification (AHA) required
Pediatric case management, ED, or Utilization Review experience preferred
CCM, ACM, or related case management certification a plus
