We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist in the Las Vegas Valley!!
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and medication management services within a hospital environment. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, the Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications for a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with applicable regulations, providing drug information and education, and supporting clinical and operational pharmacy activities. The Pharmacist contributes to patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
